My children have learned so much so quickly with Mrs. Reid! I am amazed at the techniques that she has taught as well as a love for music. During the day I will often hear them playing for a few minutes even though it isn't practice time. It has been a blessing to have found Mrs. Reid!
Our family has had the privilege of learning from Sharon Reid for two generations. She taught me piano when I was young, and now she is teaching my daughter. Sharon has a wonderful way of making lessons both fun and productive, and her patience and encouragement help children build confidence as they learn. My daughter has made great progress under her instruction and enjoys practicing and attending lessons each week. Seeing that growth has given us complete confidence in Sharon's teaching, and our younger daughter will be starting lessons with her this fall as well. Sharon's love for music and dedication to her students are evident in everything she does, and we are so thankful for the role she has played in our family's musical journey.
Mrs. Reid is such a blessing to our family. Not only does she effectively teach our children but she knows how to challenge them to grow their skills - and they love it! She is a thorough teacher of music theory and piano skills. Our home is filled with beautiful music because of Mrs. Reid’s intentional instruction and encouragement.
Mrs. Reid does a wonderful job teaching our young daughter how to play the piano. Naomi is comfortable, successful and positively motivated under her guidance, and has come a long way in just a year! We are thankful for Mrs. Reid's support and patience with her, and plan to send our son to her when he is old enough.
Patient, creative teacher, motivator, flexible. And, did I say PATIENT? Watching my 6 yo granddaughter grow from “zero” to the excited learner she has become in 1 1/2 years is amazing. The best word I know to describe our experience is BLESSED.
We are so thankful to have had Mrs. Reid teaching two of our children over the past three years. This was our daughter’s first year taking lessons, and we were truly impressed with Sharon’s patience and dedication in helping her grow—not just in learning to play, but in building the confidence to perform at the spring recital.
